The holiday home was so comfortable with central heating, an iron/ironing board, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. the garden view was amazing and the location was quiet and superb, close to a public footpath.

I always stay here for my trips to Padstow. I have no regrets. The staff is helpful and kind, like when they returned my forgotten belongings. The place has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour security, and outdoor dining and picnic areas. Can't wait to come back for my holiday.

Everything was good during 3 days, loved its magnificent and absolutely perfect location really close to a public footpath across fields, Padstow, and a farm. The vibe here was special. We had a fine experience.

We had an amazing stay at this immaculate lodge in Padstow. The facilities were outstanding, with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect too, within walking distance of the town and with stunning views over the farmland. The lodge was also dog-friendly, which was a bonus for us. as young people, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We felt right at home at this property, with nothing being too much trouble.

I had an perfect stay at 1.2 in Padstow. The attention to detail in the hotel was really good, and it had everything I needed and more for a comfortable stay. The modern technology, including free wifi, was a great plus. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. I couldn't have asked for a more modern and clean hotel.

The lodge itself was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. From modern technology and free wifi to a washing machine and dishwasher, the attention to detail was really good. The comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers made for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the open views over the farmland, it provided a peaceful and picturesque setting.

Vague walking directions - Beware of the walking directions to Padstow, as they can be a bit vague. Depending on the time of year, the paths can get muddy and the changing fields can make navigation challenging.

This accommodation ticked all the boxes for me. the unit was lovely, clean, and well equipped with modern technology and free wifi. the beds were comfortable, and the showers had brilliant water pressure. Location wise, it was within walking distance of Padstow, with open views over farmland. the unit also had the advantage of being pet-friendly and close to a Tesco for convenience.

The public transport in the area is unreliable, which could be tricky if you don't drive.

We got great value for our money at 1.2. The room was fantastic, modern, and super clean. The location was perfect with beautiful views of the farmland, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety.
